LSK JEWELLEERS strives hard in ensuring the satisfaction of every customer who have
purchased or ordered with it.
I) Terms for Return on Dissatisfaction - Limited Duration
In case, the customer is not satisfied with the Gold product (only) after receiving they can
return the product within 3 days from the delivered date. Return policy is subject to the
following conditions:
a) The product should be returned in the same condition as delivered by LSK JEWELLEERS.
b) Product showing sign of wear or engraved, altered, resized or damaged may not be
accepted and will be returned to the customer itself.
II) Terms for Gifts
Return of ’Gifts Articles’ shall be a “No”.
III) Terms for Exchange
- In case you wish to exchange your item within 3 days from the date of purchase for an
alternative product, we suggest that you return the product for a credit and purchase the new
product separately.
- For any exchange of certain products, user may confirm it with the support team of LSK
JEWELLEERS.
- Customer may return the product for exchange within 3 days for full invoice value. User shall
bear the varied price of the new product purchased if its current invoice value is greater than
previously generated invoice value, of the returned item(s), and if the current invoice value is
lesser than the previous invoice value, LSK JEWELLEERS requests you to purchase of the
same value – “NO AMOUNT SHALL BE REFUNDED”.
- Customized jewels and Gold coins will not be exchanged at our showrooms.
- For all transactions such as return, refund and exchange, price is determined by LSK
JEWELLEERS. Products that shows any sign of wear, tear, alter or tamper shall not be eligible
for exchange or refund.
